Order processing and dispatch
Orders ship from Cary, North Carolina, United States. Please allow 3 business days for order processing and dispatch unless a different lead time is stated on the product page. We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
US standard shipping
- Orders below $100: $6.99 flat-rate standard shipping.
- Orders of $100 or more: Free standard shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping. Free shipping applies to standard US shipping only; expedited services remain chargeable.
Standard packages are sent by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking and insurance. Please allow an estimated 6–7 business days from placing your order to delivery: 3 business days for handling plus 3–4 business days in transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Expedited shipping
USPS Priority Mail and UPS Next Day Air Saver are available at checkout for eligible destinations. Rates and carrier transit estimates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The expedited shipping price shown at checkout includes a $2 handling fee.
Expedited shipping speeds up the carrier transit portion of delivery; it does not remove the order processing time. Please allow the 3-business-day handling period before the selected carrier's transit time begins. “Next Day” refers to the carrier service after dispatch, not delivery the day after you place your order.

Tracking and delivery estimates
We will email your tracking information when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, and destination. Any product-specific lead time or delay notice shown before purchase should be considered when planning your delivery.

The flat-rate and free-shipping offers above apply to US delivery addresses. Shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout. Any product-specific shipping or export restrictions stated on the product page apply. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can ship a particular item to your destination.
