Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.

For a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any original tags, in its original packaging, and with all included components and documentation. You will need your receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email support@chronariumcollection.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please contact us for approval and return instructions before mailing your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

For change-of-mind returns from the United States, you are responsible for purchasing your return shipping label and paying the return postage. We do not provide a free return shipping label for these returns. Please pack the item securely; we recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns from the United States. If your order qualified for free shipping, we do not deduct an outbound shipping charge from your refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact support@chronariumcollection.com promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, where possible, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide instructions and cover any necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us before purchasing return postage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To choose a different item, request a return under this policy and place a separate order for the item you would like.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

For approved change-of-mind returns from the United States, we refund the amount paid for the returned merchandise and any applicable tax on that merchandise. Original outbound shipping charges and your return postage are not refunded.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@chronariumcollection.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
